Features:
Industrial Interchange couplings provide a one hand connection and safe disconnection. All couplers have a high concentration of locking balls to reduce incidents of brinneling during operations.
Manual versus Automatic:
Manual coupler require manual retraction of sleeve to both connect and disconnect the plug whereas automatic sockets accept the plug by simple insertion into the coupler to connect.
Materials:

Machined components are manufactured using solid steel, brass, or 303 stainless stel bar stock.

Stainless steel balls, retaining rings and springs maximise corrosion resistance and extend service life.

Steel componentry is plated using ROHS Compliant Trivalent Chrome.

Automatic couplers constructed of brass with steel sleeve and steel tubular valve as standard (3/8" to 3/4" couplers have steel prong valves).

1/4" manual couplers cinstructed of brass with steel sleeve and steel tubular valve as standard.

3/8" and 1/2" maual couplers constructed of steel as standard with steel tubular valve.
Pressure:
1/4", 3/8", 1/2" Max: 1000psi WP.
3/4" Max: 720psi WP.
Seal Components:
Nitrile (Buna-N) seals are standard, providing a temperature range of -40oC to 121oC.
